Euroconcepts specialises in developing customised lighting solutions for commercial and retail spaces. Together with our German lighting partners, they have, since 2006, been designing and supplying lighting solutions to South Africa’s most notable retail chains and shops.
Their approach is simple: to boost sales with effective, product-orientated lighting that provides a unique and pleasant shopping experience - and we wanted to show this through the website.
We were briefed to develop an online experience that simulates what Euroconcepts attempts to do with it’s lighting installations in real life. This meant building a site that showcased the importance of different kinds of lighting, and the impact that it has on a businesses customers and products.
We took inspiration from the company’s current branding, but chose to move away from the old, dark colour palette, to one that is lighter, more open, and more inviting.
We were also required to develop a system that is expandable and easily update-able, to make additions to products easy to implement, even on the client-side.
